This picture of Mary, Bonnie and Anita was taken the 1st day of school, 1948. I (Mary) had fallen off Grandma Flaherty`s porch while we were visiting and broke my arm. I remember Mom and Aunt Allie took me to the little hospital in Genoa to have it `fixed`, then home to Aunt Allie`s so she could take care of me over night. I recall when we returned to Grandma`s the next day, Bobbi and Bonnie were waiting for me with gifts; A purse from Bonnie and a plastic horse from Bobbi (of course) That made it almost worth it.  I always adored Aunt Allie. Mom and I later visited her and Grandma Flaherty in Auburn NE fairly often after Grandma moved there to be near her . Hearing her calling me Baby Jane always made me feel loved and special. I miss her!.

I’m not sure if you all knew that Terry passed away Sept 3rd, 2020. Can’t believe he is really gone. This picture of him and Nancy was taken at a Flaherty reunion in Columbus.
